The show started with setting up spin the wheel make the deal stip for Halloween Hell 2013 TWF World Heavyweight Title Match Between Brett Wayfield and Jackson Rocuh. Brett won the coin toss to see who spun and it landed on spiners choice. Brett chose to mix a bunch of things together making their match a Halloween Hell In A Cell, Barbed Wire Massacre TLC Match.

7. Mr. America beat Kevin Steen
8. Brett Wayfield beat Jimmy Jacobs to retain the TWF World Heavyweight Title.
