The show started with Mike Bison in the ring offically announcing that suriving month 2012 will following same guilding lines as last two years. He then said he has nothing to do for Halloween Hell 2012 and has open contract for anyone from Haymen's group to sign.
1. Pink Dudley, HC Bytch, Janet Lee Bison beat Glamzon Trio. After the match Del Rey and Nattie turned on beth phoenix till Pink, Bytch, Janet made the save.
2. Machine beat Chris Hero
3. John Moxly beat Brian Thunder
4. Mr. America and Cyrus Bourne beat Sheamus and Bryan Danielson
5. Tyler Black beat Brett Wayfield
6. Claudio Castagnolibeat Sagat
7. AJ Styles and CM Punk beat Mike Bison and Power Donity. After the match Punk announced that he signed the open contract for Halloween Hell 2012 and will beat hell out of mike. As punk and aj were leaving Paul Haymen Mike announced that Punk must not have read the contract. Punk said he didn't need to it and Mike announced Punk signed for a Halloween Hell In A Cell Death Match. Which made Punk, AJ, Haymen mad and mike said he would see punk on halloween.

9. LAX beat New Bruise Brothers
10. Speedster Lite, Jim Brooks, Jay Lethal beat American Wolves and El Generico
